14m	HEADLINE RUNDOWN Last night the President addressed the nation. It was pretty much a rehash of all his most recent Truth Social posts. We also had oral arguments yesterday from SCOTUS. I don’t blame you for panicking if you heard the SCOTUS arguments. I heard the same ridiculous nonsense. I heard politics and not much law. US Solicitor Sauer was NOT prepared for that argument. To me it seemed like he had the 14th Amendment down but not much more than that. No one said we overcame the court precedent in the Dobbs decision. They vacated the Chevron decision too. Wong v Kim Ark is not a president that people know off the top of their heads. You are surrounded by suicidal, left-tard maniacs. I will tell you the most consequential sound bite came from Justice Clarence Thomas’ question to Sauer. In the debate and in the language of the 14th Amendment, do we find the word immigration? That was it…thank you very much…mic drop. That is it, that’s the big ONE! That is THE argument! I think another part that was important was when Sauer said we are 8 billion flights away from full American citizenship. If it only takes a flight to become an American citizen, why wouldn’t the whole world take us up on that opening?

39m*	BOMB BACK TO THE STONE AGES Where did that phrase come from? That is not what a ‘peace’ president says. This is a barbaric, horrific analog that was coined by Air Force General Curtis LeMay. He advocated the obliteration of civilian infrastructure in North Vietnam. He was also the guy that ordered the fire bombing of Tokyo during WWII which killed more people than the atomic bomb. We are TIRED of this! I am seeing more people talking about Article V conventions and secession than ever before. You now have the US President on international TV telling the rest of the world, if you don’t jump as high as we tell you, we will bomb you too. This is American hubris and stupidity. This is our 250th Anniversary and we all wanted to Make AMERICA Great!
42m 46m*	BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP Do you really think the founders thought it would be fine for anyone to just be born here and become a citizen? I’ve told the story before of the Dane that served 4 presidents and was sent to the Congress and they had a debate over it. It was led by James Madison and it was over whether or not he met the citizenship requirement. It was determined he was NOT and they kicked him out! In 2012 I went to NC to the 10th Amendment Center Convention, we talked about secession and Article V and such. I met Publius-Huldah. She wrote the 21st Centuries research paper on birthright citizenship and what it means. Her work is detailed and well cited. She gave a detailed talk on Barack Obama’s eligibility and it had nothing to do with the birth certificate. It had to do with his father’s naturalization. His father was never a naturalized citizen. A non-citizen cannot make a naturalized citizen. PERIOD. You can not manufacture citizenship in wombs! Born of not IN! There is a huge difference. I was really surprised the US Solicitor General didn’t make that argument. The definition of how to become a citizen is in the Constitution. This case is not going to be decided by those that argued it yesterday. It will be decided by what Roberts wants his legacy to be. Are 309,000 Chinese pregnant women each year birthing American citizens?

	CALLER JEFF FROM PENNSYLVANIA Secession remember back in 2013 Colorado had 11 counties that wanted to secede? They were rural counties in Colorado. They got a referendum in Northern Colorado and they wanted to join Wyoming. 6 of the 11 voted yes. I don’t see a state that is going to secede at this point. It hasn’t gotten bad enough. You could break out some counties or parishes. The referendums they voted on from what I have gathered are still valid so they can still petition Wyoming to join.

Section 1 of the 14th Amendment says, in part: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside…” One of the purposes of Section 1 was to extend citizenship to freed slaves. [The other purpose was to provide constitutional authority for the federal Civil Rights Act of 1866. That Act was needed to protect the freed slaves from the Black Codes of southern States which denied to the free Slaves their God-given rights.] Consider the American Indians: Sec. 1 of the 14th Amendment did NOT confer citizenship on American Indians. They were not “subject to the jurisdiction of the United States” – they were subject to the jurisdiction of their tribes. But Sec. 1 of the 14th Amendment does not confer citizenship status on babies born here of illegal aliens. SCOTUS doesn’t have to have lawyers argument in front of them. It is THEIR job to prove the case. I will debate anyone on the subject. I’m just going to reiterate there is no precedent for birthright citizenship!

The Israeli’s are grabbing land at an alarming rate and NO ONE is telling them to stop. If the United States stops providing air cover will the Israeli’s go nuclear? That is the theory, and to me that is the most practical. They would become the pariahs of the whole world but would they do it? The Arab states that Israel was doing treaties with, there is a big difference on aligning with Trump over Bibi. The leaders of Jordan respect and fear Trump that is the ONLY reason they even came to the table. They can’t burn themselves down over Israel. It is an equation that makes no sense to them.

What was the action that ‘forced’ Trumps hand? MAGA faithful, you sound like cultists now. This is a cult of personality at this point because Trump is doing NOTHING he campaigned on. America is NOT greater because of this Iran war, it just isn’t. People are now talking about today, it has depressed the people that thought there was a federal solution to this federal crisis. What impact does this have on federal policy now? I understand JD Vance being stand offish but that is a job for like a Middle Man at Arby’s not the Vice President. Who takes over MAGA? Trump said that Vance is focusing on losing weight, okay great but what about his stance on this war?

You will get a Easter message from the White House etc. but at the end of the day if you don’t act like a follow of Jesus, then you are just using Him as a propaganda prop. American Catholic men have to stand up and be counted. We always get a little snippet Catholics are the biggest growing religion in America right now! YET if you look at the White House you wouldn’t know that! Conservative Evangelicals, they need to start realizing something happened in their church system that drove people out of it. The level of influence you can have over Donald Trump is horrifying. Make Barron come back to Washington and make him have dinner with his dad to ensure Mark Levin isn’t having dinner with him.
